This page explains what personal data penje.ro handles. The site is a portfolio. It has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking of individual visitors. Last updated: October 2026.

THE CONTACT FORM

If you send a project enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, project type, video length, an optional preferred date and your message. It is delivered to the site owner through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-processing service, and arrives as an email at pintea@penje.ro. The data is used only to reply to you and to run the project you ask about. If you email directly, the same applies to your message.

ANALYTICS

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies and without following individual visitors across sites. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes ordinary request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service.

COOKIES AND STORAGE

The site sets no cookies. It stores one flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit. It disappears when you close the tab.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Write to pintea@penje.ro and I will answer within a reasonable time. I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle the project and for ordinary business records.

THIRD PARTY LINKS

The site links to Instagram, TikTok, X, Spotify and YouTube pages of clients and of PENJERO. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave penje.ro.
